Meet Erin Sigrist
Erin Sigrist has built her career on problem‑solving, creative thinking, and collaboration, leading high‑stakes initiatives where business, policy, and community intersect. For nearly a decade, she served as the exclusive lobbyist and president of a statewide trade association representing Vermont’s retail, manufacturing, distribution, and energy sectors, guiding members through complex legislative and regulatory environments with clarity and confidence, guiding coalitions and leading stakeholder mobilization and grassroots campaigns.
With more than twenty years of experience in communications strategy, coalition management, and community engagement, Erin helps organizations “meet the moment” by aligning internal priorities with external realities. Her practice blends deep knowledge of Vermont’s political landscape with a network that spans the country, recognizing that modern politics and policy extend well beyond state borders.
